By downloading or using Paperclip Todo (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The App is provided by Emberfield Labs s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these terms carefully.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or help anyone else do so.
All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Emberfield Labs s.r.o. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
Paperclip Todo is intentionally minimal. Tasks you add live only in the App's current session — they are held in memory on your device and are not guaranteed to persist after the App is closed, backgrounded for an extended period, updated, or uninstalled. Do not rely on the App as a backup or as the sole record of anything important.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any data you enter will be retained.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emberfield Labs s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost tasks or lost productivity — arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
