This Privacy Policy describes how Emberfield Labs s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the Czech Republic, handles information in connection with Paperclip Todo (the "App").
Paperclip Todo does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. The App has no accounts or login, and does not include analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. It does not require an internet connection to function.
Any data you create exist only in your device's working memory for the current session. It is not written to disk, not sent to our servers, and not shared with any third party. We never see the data you write. When you close or restart the App, your data starts fresh.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those platforms may collect diagnostic information (such as crash reports or aggregated usage stats) under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
Because we do not collect or store any personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. If you believe we do hold personal data about you, contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date at the top.
