This Privacy Policy describes how Emberfield Labs s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with Life Hero Ember (the "App"). Life Hero Ember is a paid mobile app designed to help users build and complete a guided daily path for real-life goals across areas such as fitness, personal advancement, personality growth, work, and business.
We may collect information you provide directly in the App, including account or sign-in details if account features are offered, goals you set up, daily tasks and tiles, progress history, streaks, notes, subscription status, and messages you send through support. We may also receive limited technical information needed to operate the App, such as device type, app version, diagnostic events, and basic usage information related to reliability and performance.
We use information to provide and maintain the App, generate your daily path, display progress across life areas, process and verify paid subscriptions, respond to support requests, monitor performance, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Life Hero Ember is offered with paid subscription plans, currently 195 CZK monthly and 999 CZK yearly. Payments, billing, and subscription management are handled by Apple and related platform providers. We do not receive your full payment card details.
We may share information only when necessary to operate the App, such as with hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics or diagnostics providers, customer support tools, email delivery services, and payment or platform providers involved in subscription handling. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own contractual or legal obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, our company, or the public.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain subscriptions, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Goal data, task history, and progress records may remain associated with your use of the App until you delete them, close your account if that feature is available, or request deletion of data we control.
