By downloading or using Golf Echo, you agree to these Terms of Use. Golf Echo is provided by Emberfield Labs s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic. Please read these Terms carefully.
You may use Golf Echo for personal, non-commercial purposes to record, replay, and review your own golf swings on devices you own or are authorized to use. You agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws and not to misuse it, including by recording other people without their consent where consent is required.
Some features require you to sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Golf Echo offers a 7-day free trial, after which continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscription entitlements are managed by RevenueCat. Payments, renewals, free trial conversion, and refunds are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms. Cancellation must be made through the platform store account that started the subscription.
Video captured through Golf Echo is processed on your device. Peer-to-peer streams between paired devices flow over WebRTC and are not stored by us. Clips you choose to save are written to your device photo library and remain under your control. You are responsible for the content you record and share.
All content, design, and code in Golf Echo are owned by Emberfield Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the App except as permitted by applicable law.
Golf Echo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or able to maintain a peer-to-peer connection in every network environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emberfield Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
